Last week many were homeless because of the typhoon that stroke in my place and the United Nations estimated that the damaged will cost $70 million to rebuild. My neighbor told me that all his belonging including the home that he built for many years is now worthless and he did not get any money because it was not insured. I told him that we can only realize when everything is gone and we could not save it anymore. His fridge, furniture, and other appliances were all damaged. I told him that if he listened to me before then he could have collected at least thousands of dollars. I told him to buyhome contents insurance so that if there is flood or fire he could at least get some money from insurance.
