It is very hard to trust your neighbors nowadays. I have heard many bad news lately that a child as molested or rape by a new transferred neighbor. Some of these children were abused and killed. To avoid these criminals, you have to know who your neighbors are because they are always around and you do not know that they are lurking around your neighborhood.

There is a website that list all these bad people and you can find sex offenders in their list. These sex offenders are listed because they were accused or convicted once in their lifetime. I know how to respect people’s right but what about the victims and the potential victims that they will victimize? Are not they important?
