Last year he was ranked as second richest Filipino in the Philippines. This 83 years old guy is also the owner of Banco De Oro Unibank in the Philippines. It is the second largest bank in the country. His assets is estimated to be US$1.7 Billion.

In the second position is Lucio Tan who was called by Imelda Marcos as "Magbobote". His asset went down due to global economic crisis. His asset includes Asia Brewery, Philippines Airlines, Fortune Tobacco and Hong Kong Property. His asset is worth US$1.5 Billion down by US$100 Million last year.
